P/1/2
It's crazy to think we are halfway through the term already. How time flies. Our Kookaburra Park excursion is coming up next Tuesday. Please return permission notes if you haven't already. Everyone is very excited to learn about some new and some not so new animals and of course the cuddles will be popular. All year levels have finished up assessments in number in Maths. The year 2 calculated how much money they could make around the house doing jobs. You need to put them to work!! There was a lot of jobs happening.
This week we have been finalising our entries for the show. If you are heading there on Friday or Saturday, keep an eye out in the pavilion for choc chip cookies, butter and animal mobiles.
Please read 10 mins every day with your child and sign the RAH book. Some students are bringing back homework on Thursday but nothing has been done in it. Unfortunately that means they can't be congratulated for doing their homework. Ten minutes in the writing book counts as a sign off in the RAH book too.
The next 5 weeks leading up to the end of term will be busy. Athletics carnival, excursions, report cards and bowling for our fuzzy reward....strap your seatbelts and hold on!!
