What a fantastic celebration we had for 100 days of learning last week. I hope you enjoyed looking at what your child thinks they'll look like in 100 years, spend $100 on and what they'd like to have 100 of. Some answers were very amusing.

This week in English we are looking at opinions and expressing our thoughts and feelings. We understand everyone can have a different opinion and reasons. 

In Maths we have wrapped up our learning in shapes for this term and are moving onto fractions: halves, quarters and eighths. It's been nice to head outside and enjoy the winter sunshine for some outdoor learning.

Please keep an eye out for a note about our excursion for this term. We are heading off to The Stanley River Environmental Education Centre and will need to leave no later then 8.15am and return by 3.30pm. Please let me know if this won't be possible so we can work on a plan.
